Yes, we accept custom and personalized orders.

Q2: Sizing details

Sizing details are available in the description section of each listing or in the listing images.

Q3: Order processing details

Regular orders (handmade, no engraving): 1 - 2 days.
Custom orders (handmade, wooden boxes and engraving): 2 - 5 days.

Q4: Care instructions

1. Clean and oil after use – don’t store in leather sheath long-term.
2. Sharp blade – keep out of reach of children.
3. Not a toy or display piece – use responsibly.
4. For adults 18+ – follow local laws and safety rules.

Q5: Bulk or large orders

We are delighted to offer discounted options for bulk orders, providing high-quality, customizable products tailored to your needs.

Please allow 15 - 20 days to process bulk orders, depending on the product, as thaese are handmade and require extra time to craft. Contact us for details and to place your order.

Q6: Refunds & support

If there is an issue with your order on our side (for example, wrong item or wrong engraving before shipping), we will either replace the item or offer a refund under our 14-day return/exchange policy.

If the problem is caused by the shipping courier or incorrect details provided by the customer (such as wrong address or engraving text), a refund may not be possible, but we will do our best to help.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us via Etsy messages before leaving feedback so we can try to resolve the issue.

Q7: Address change requests

You can request an address change within 3 hours of placing your order.

Not shipped yet: We’ll update it whenever possible.
Already shipped: We aren’t responsible for delays or lost packages, but we’ll do our best to help.
