Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original condition and packaging
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery
Items that show signs of use, sharpening, cutting, chopping, modification, or wear after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
If an item is returned in a condition that is not original, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, as agreed upon with the seller.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once your return request is approved:
- You must ship the item back using a shipping label with tracking

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on eligible items.

- The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
Damaged Parcel Policy:
- If your order is damaged upon receipt by USPS, take a photo or video of the damage before opening the package
- For minor or slight damage, you may need to file an insurance claim with USPS
- The Forge Factory is here to guide and assist you through the claims process but cannot file insurance claims on your behalf
- Contact us promptly for support and guidance on damaged items
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature or condition.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used items or items showing signs of use
- Custom or personalized items (including engraved products)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Custom Order Return & Refund Policy
Because this is a fully personalized, made-to-order item, full payment is required in advance before production begins.
- We carefully finalize all specifications with you before starting production and ensure the finished product matches the agreed design and details 100%.
- Once production has started, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- Items must be in the same condition received
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Age Requirement
By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase handmade knives, camping axes, or bladed tools in your country, state, or region.
Customs & Import Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
