Design your own custom Damascus steel billet crafted to your exact specifications. Each billet is hand-forged in small batches using premium 1095 & 15N20 layered Damascus steel, for strength, durability, and beautiful pattern contrast.

Customization Details Required:

Please provide the following specifications:

  • Length: 10 to 16 inches (maximum)
  • Width: 2 to 3 inches (maximum)
  • Thickness: 3mm to 5mm
  • Pattern Type: Ladder, Twist, Raindrop, Fire, Snake, Advanced Snake and Feather.
  • Material: 1095 & 15N20 Layered Damascus Steel

Once you send your customization details, we will create a final mockup/template image showcasing your personalized billet design. Production begins only after your approval.

  • Prices start from $99.99 per piece
  • Final cost may vary depending on size, pattern complexity, layer count, and custom requirements

Highly detailed patterns or larger billets require additional forging time and craftsmanship.

Production & Delivery Time:

  • Production Time: 4-6 weeks (starts after purchase confirmation)
  • You will receive weekly progress updates with photos of your billet during the forging process

Each billet is carefully forged, welded, and heat-treated to ensure structural integrity, clean pattern definition, and reliable performance.
