My Order Tracking

You can track your order at any time by visiting USPS.com and entering your tracking number.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • The email will include a USPS tracking number
  • You can track your package until delivery using the tracking link provided

Tracking Updates

Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to scan and update tracking details
  • Delays in updates are common, especially for long-distance shipments

My Order Says “Pre-transit” and Not Moving

If your tracking status shows “Label Created” or “Pre-transit”, this usually means one of the following:

  • Your order has shipped, but the first USPS scan has not yet occurred
  • Due to shipping distance, the initial scan may take a few days
  • Your order may still be within the processing time frame

My Order Is “In Transit” and Not Moving

Orders remain in “In Transit” status while traveling between USPS facilities.

  • Tracking may not update for several days between scans
  • This is normal and outside of our control

If your package has remained “In Transit” for more than 10 days since the last tracking update, please contact us so we can investigate further.

Carrier Delays

Due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes, delays may occur.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, but we will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment.
